My experience with Arctic Air was top notch. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Getting an appointment within a reasonable time frame was easy (much quicker than with the company that installed the unit when our house was built) and when I needed to reschedule they were accommodating. I needed service on my 6 year old AC system that had a bit of water in the condensate pan.
They texted a reminder the day before and again when the technician was on his way. He arrived within the 2 hour window and was very polite and knowledgeable. Roumany Gerges came to replace a broken exhaust fan switch in our bathroom. He was fabulous! He was on time, friendly, professional, he did the job quickly. Arctic Air never lets us down. Have used them for HVAC system maintenance but this was the first time we used them for electrical. Definitely will use them again.

I fully trust Artic Air Company, the owner and staff are great and so helpful.
In August 2020, another A/C company came when my unit quit. That one told me it was not fixable, prepared a quote to install a new one, but I didn't commit then as he expected.
Fortunately I found Artic Air, Scott came, and Scott quickly diagnosed and solved the problem right away at little cost of service call. That saved me tremendous cost.
I've had him come yearly since then. Both he and the serviceman, Tana, are both knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are good at diagnosing the true problem and fixing it when needed.
