Very thankful for this place. This past week we grew very concerned about our little guy (dog). Brandi allowed us to bring him in even with zero availability. She kept us informed and was very quick to provide medication for his symptoms. Very grateful for her and the vets at this location.

Another clinic had already started the series and did not let me know they would be closed for the holidays. I called Animal Hospital of Georgetown and they were able to get my pet in the same day, which was such a relief.
The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Abigail felt very comfortable throughout the visit. Everything was explained clearly, the care was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable. I truly appreciate how easy they made the experience during a stressful situation.
I highly recommend Animal Hospital of Georgetown for anyone looking for compassionate, professional care for their pets.

NOT a practice we would recommend. Very disappointing experience – lack of transparency and professionalism
We had a very negative experience with Animal Hospital of Georgetown. Prior to the appointment, we thoroughly discussed the planned procedure and were given a quote that was significantly lower than what we were ultimately charged.
After the visit, we discovered that although some pre-operative work was done, important tests that were a main focus of the plan were not completed. This was extremely concerning, especially given that these tests were clearly discussed beforehand and were critical to moving forward safely.
We attempted to resolve the issue directly with the clinic, but the response was unprofessional and dismissive, which ultimately caused us to lose trust and seek care elsewhere.
Overall, the experience lacked transparency and fairness.

Even though my out come was not the best this clinic was amazing. They were so kind and helpful. I was a walk in and they treated me and my dog like we were important. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for someone to care about your pet.
