“I have gone to the Fitness classes, had Massage Therapy and Acupuncture. I have also rented their meeting space. All of the services are excellent. You walk in and it feels like home -- a very comforting and peaceful atmosphere. The prices are excellent and you don't feel like a number when you come. They don't rush you out and yet they respect your time too. I like that.The Core PiYo is great for all ages and fitness levels and yet challenging for a great workout. I also like the variety in each class. The Massage Therapist is sensitive to my needs and does an excellent job in communicating with me. She was able to get all the knots out of my neck and got all the kinks out of my muscles, which I desperately needed. The Acupuncturist is very professional and can sense exactly what I need done/addressed in each session. I can already sense a significant change in my appetite (which is one of the reasons I went). But he is also dealing to other underlying issues that have been contributing to my overall problem. I was a total newbie to Acupuncture and he made me feel at ease.I know healing and wholeness is a process so I'm glad this place is around to help me through it. And for someone who likes to maintain a healthy lifestyle without the "band-aids" and medicine, this is definitely my "go to" wellness center from now on!“

“I had two pretty significant old injuries in my neck and back. Dr. Murphy laid out a clear, technology driven plan for my healing a recovery. Since completing the therapy on my back I have been mostly pain free, which was not the case when I arrived at Round Rock Disc and Nerve. My neck is taking longer so Dr. Murphy has changed the treatment and allowed me to continue. I would highly recommend. The staff are all caring and kind people and they will do their best to help you get better.“
“Had 2 massages with Ashley Girvan. Amazing masseuse - got rid of pain that I never thought would go away. Muscles relaxed after a very good medical massages. Would have given this place 5 stars, however, I called today to schedule with Ashley, and she no longer works there. While they offered to schedule with someone else, once you have "that masseuse" that helps you, you don't want anyone else. *sigh* Looks like I'll be done some searching to find Ashley.“
