Brandon mince showed the upmost professionalism and was authentic in his sales approach helping me build a case to send to my landlord about the condition of the roof. He showed grit and hard-work explaining all the hail damage and was more concerned about the safety of the house compared to pricing time efficiency of getting it done. I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking for an assessment of their roof. Class act, confidence, and motivated to seek the best interest in the customer.
We got. Knock at the door this afternoon., answered it, and was hesitant to hear the guy out. The man at the door was Brandon Mince from Austin Roofing and Construction. He offered a free inspection, which we allowed. After he was done he let us know there wasn't significant damage but saibout windows could use replacing. He wa very knowledgeable, respectful, and if we ever do have damage that who we'll be working with. Thank you for a great experience today.
Our house was built in 2015 and within 2 years had some wind damage on the roof. I called the original roofing company that the builder used and they would not honor any warranty. My daughter and husband used Action Roofing at their house for some repairs so I called them. Super easy to work with and very reasonable. Over a 10 year period, they had to come out three times because the roof was not handling the wind.
