Jablinski had seen my dog Reba she is a nervous girl and the second she figured that out she got down on the ground with her so Reba would be comfortable and i appreciate that SO much she made it all feel like a positive experience for Reba! And shes doing amazing now too with the treatment and Byrum had seen my dog Ranger later that day and I remember her from coryell she did everything he needed hes a confident happy boy and she loved on him just like every one in the clinic and got him all taken care of too!
Both of them are Golden Retrievers and dude Fleas have been bad but we have it under control now thanks to them! I really love this team SO much.
Fantastic staff and I was so pleased with their care of our dog. He is a happy boy again and thanks to the best of the best care he received! They even combed out the knots he had on his ears (from a cone. He has feathered ears and they tangle easy) after his surgery. The pricing for his surgery/meds/etc was more than reasonable. They didn't leave me feeling like they took advantage of me or pushed unnecessary things on him which I know some vets do. It wasnt a fun experience having our boy get sick but they earned my trust by caring for our dog in his most vulnerable time ❤
We have been with this Vet for over 3 years and the staff is absolutely the best there is. Dr. Byrum is attentive and caring and gives the best advice and care possible. Megan and Miranda are two of the best front desk personnel in the business. It’s great to have a front desk that knows your pets and you (me) when I walk in.
The real winner in the clinic is Carlee. She has helped us on so many occasions and is quite possible the best Vet Tech ever. She is caring, empathetic, kind, a just an over all OUTSTANDING Vet Tech.
