Julie gets things done quickly. Excellent customer service. I have been having problems with a water leak and have gone without hot water for two weeks. Since I am renting I just have to wait for management company to do whatever it is they do. When they contacted Julie with Winstead to come out and fix it was almost immediately she took care of us.
