    Very poor service. Rude and condescending. No mask, but that didn’t stop him from coughing several times while standing right next to me.I called at 5pm and told him I suspected I had a virus and I needed it removed while I waited because I didn’t want to leave it overnight.He told me over the phone to come the next day at 8:30am if I wanted it fixed the same day. I drove 18 miles and arrived at that time. He acknowledged the phone conversation from the day before. Without even looking at it, I was told I would need to leave it a week. I told him I wasn’t going to do that. I was then told it wasn’t “new enough” and it was “too slow” to waste their time... read full review

    My dad just purchased an airline ticket from these people as well and the ticket was $920. They want to charge $400 to cancel the ticket. Never do business with them as they are unethical.

    I wanted to renew my passport and purchase a round trip plane ticket from a Vietnamese agency because I thought doing business with someone from my own community would be a good thing. I thought wrong. Horrifically wrong. When I gave the agent my credit card to pay for the plane ticket, she said it didn't go through, so I gave her another one. The second one went through without a hitch. However, when I received the bills for both credit cards, I was charged for the plane ticket on both of them. When I notified the agent, she said I either forfeit almost $300 to receive the refund right away or have to wait 4-6 months for the full refund. I do not understand this... read full review
