I have worked with Texas Entertainment Group for the past 3 years for our event at UT- Arlington and have enjoyed their professionalism and collaborative efforts. Liz is amazing and is so communicative and is always willing to help whenever I have questions. We recently purchased the mechanical unicorn and the Robo surfer for our freshmen students to enjoy and they loved both attractions. Anything TEG provides always will be a smash hit! I look forward to working with them in the future!

We have used TEG for corporate events. Most recently, I called them the 2.5 hours before our event started b/c we had an issue with a different vendor's item. They were quick to assist and went above and beyond to ensure they could get a replacement to us and setup prior to our event starting. Roxanne worked quickly to take care of our request. Jason went out of his way to get the item setup and double checked to make sure everything was working properly. Delivery and pick up were right on time. Highly recommend for any and all party needs.

Great experience! Booking was easy. As far as scheduling the delivery, they showed up exactly when they said they would and picked up when they said that they would. They also called when they were on the way, which was super beneficial. The slide itself was awesome - all of the kids loved it.
We will for sure be using them again for our next party!
