Staff at Garland Ave. location were so friendly and helpful. I hadn't purchased frames in 15 years; but I had an exact frame I was looking for. They found the frame for my eyeglasses and an exact frame for my sunglasses. What started out to be a time-consuming hunt was made very easy by Target Optical staff.
The optometrist experience was a 10/10. Front desk and optometrist were both very professional and quick and thorough. Th eye glass shop experience was also great with the sales Lady( thursday may 14th Am - sorry , did not get the name )who was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us enough time , space and advice.
Target Optical on Garland Rd provided the best experience while getting needed glasses to improve my vision. I was nervous and they walked me through the process and was patient as I tried to make decisions about frames and lenses. Marcela was the best; she is very helpful and professional. I returned later to make some changes with my lenses and again the team at this location was excellent. When it time to retest my vision, this is the location I will choose.
