When I brought my broken glasses in, Jay tried to fix them with a different screw, but none of them fit. When I told her how much I love these glasses, she went above and beyond by searching for them at every North, Texas Eyelab Location, but none of them had them so she ordered them for me and I’m going to pop in the lenses from my broken glasses into the new frames that she ordered and I am going to have an all new pair of glasses again. Jelitza made my shopping experience at the Eye Lab amazing. She is knowledgeable of the eye exam process (answered all my questions) and helped me find the most stylish glasses.
