I had a quality Excellent service with stylist Justin, who is very professional, & listen to his customer needs . I have dry, thin, & damaged hair but with highlights N hair cut , my hair turned to very stylish look . Any one cane be stylist , but get to the level of costumer’s expectations makes the difference . My sincere opinion - he is the best

Love Sheenu Salon, amazing service by Sheenu. Justin and loved Manju doing face facial and massage they all are very friendly. Justin is wonderful. He knew exactly what I wanted, he took time and I felt pampered. I did full highlights and got exactly what I wanted. If you want a professional style or cut, go by and give them a try. The staff was friendly.

Feeling Fabulous after being pampered by my friends at SHEENU’s Hair Salon! I had a color, hair treatment, massage from Heaven and cut!! I am on Cloud 9!! Always so friendly and welcoming and have you feeling like a Million Bucks on your way out! If you’re looking for a salon in Rowlett, this is your spot! It looks humble from the outside but the service is excellent!!

Edit To you saying you went by the picture, i’ve the picture in my phone, picture of my previous hair and what hair i’ve now. i was trying to point out your mistake and instead of you accepting it you decided to say something that was not even done or said. I exactly know what i asked for and made sure the person saw the picture and made her knows i have been growing my hair for a long time. if you don’t have the basic manners to take accountability for your mistake what’s the point of even reading the reviews and replying them back. and to the comment of me not using right products, i invest good money on products i use and i know my hair type. on the other hand your employee didn’t even use a hair protector on my hair before she blow dried it to make it look like a fur ball so please be accountable and own up to your mistakes.
thoroughly disappointed with my experience here. i tried not to write a review about this and was trying to convince myself its not that bad. i went here for a haircut. my hair was really long and i showed them the picture of what i want and exactly told them how short i wanted my hair which was not more than 1-2 inches. not only did she butcher my hair, she also cut more than 9-10 inches of my hair. i went there with my hair almost near to my waist and now it’s just 1-2 inches down to my shoulder. layers are uneven hair looks straight from the back. post blow dry my hair looked like a frizz ball and the person who cut my hair tried to gaslight me into thinking it was just the blow dry effect. and i paid 61$ for this whole service. it took me two years to grow my hair and i had specifically told em about that too. i’ve never been this disappointed with any of the services. i know it’s just hair but if you’re looking for a personalized haircut then don’t go here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in to get my arms and legs waxed with Sheenu, but she didn't show up and had two other ladies wax me. They kept laughing at my body and making rude comments about it. They also burned me multiple times and even made me bleed in multiple areas. They were very unprofessional, rude, and clearly had no clue what they were doing. They couldn't care less about my safety or wellbeing. On top of this, whenever we went to get a haircut from them, they would always cut it too short and then justify their bad skills by saying my hair will grow back. Do not waste your money or time on this terrible place.
