The 2 generous stars are for the initial response about 8 weeks ago when a water heater pipe burst.
After that it went down, down, down bad. They dropped the ball on scheduling for weeks, despite our follow-ups; they failed to update something internally despite our phone calls. Their equipment caused more damage to our house, which they sent someone out to fix promptly-ish. The inital work they were sent to do has not been completed. The demo was done weeks ago, now it's just holes everywhere.
But here's the thing: that stuff is contracted out to god only knows who. That's where the problem is. The friendly prompt people who assured you everything would be taken care of are now replaced by some contractor who's squeezing you in between jobs, and sending you dudes he picked up from Home Depot. Well, he hired a dude who picks up the guys from Home Depot.

We had a pretty major water break on thanksgiving day and they wasted no time on coming over to extract the water so we had no further problems, they were very knowledgeable and customer service was amazing, we were out of state when it happened. They stayed in contact with us the whole time, called to say when they were coming and called when they locked the house and left. Needless to say I would recommend them for service.

I LOVE THIS SERVICE! Antonio, Kenan and Mark were GREAT! Antonio came over and explained EVERYTHING that was going on with restoration of water and mold. He was GREAT at starting and with management of restoration! All the debris and dirt of the cutting was picked up and the left over wood was picked up and taken away. I DO NOT HAVE ONE BAD WORD TO SAY ABOUT THE PROCESS! THANK YOU ANTONIO FOR ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK AND KNOWLEDGE!Services: Flood restoration

The guy that came out initially gave a positive impression, and I felt confident this company would do a good job. Unfortunately, I never saw him again. The guys that came subsequently to do the work were in a big hurry and didn't have much interest in communicating with me. Since they were there to dry a pretty wet subfloor from under the house, I wanted to feel like they were thorough, detailed, and taking their time. I got the opposite impression. In addition, they were twice as expensive as other companies friends have since told me about.

The ServiceMaster of North Texas team provided unbelievably amazing service to our family at a stressful time. We had a slab leak that required a major reconstruction project at our home and we had to relocate for 2 1/2 months. Fatima and her team were incredible. They packed us up efficiently and they were so detail oriented about where every item was before they packed. The movers were careful and professional. Then when we moved back into our home, we had a logistical challenge with the contractor and God bless Fatima and her team, they were willing to work on Sunday to move us in before the Thanksgiving holiday. I'm forever grateful to the whole team at ServiceMaster of North Texas!
