I was a member of another studio that got bought out and merged with Palm Beach. I used to keep my lotion there and during the close and transition somehow my lotion and belongings were lost! I don’t tan very often so the bottle was almost full and I wasn’t inclined to just purchase a whole new bottle! The manager on duty was so sweet and connected me with Brad from corporate and he went above and beyond to get me my lotion back and when he couldn’t he was able to accommodate me and give me a credit to get another one! Reyna the manager is the absolute BEST. Not only is she knowledgeable about each bed, all the products, and tanning in general; she’s the most genuine person ever! Top tier customer service!!! Bonus: she legit helped me go from ghosty to toasty! I’m actually tan thank god!

I called yesterday with several questions about my account. The store manager, Reyna, helped me and answered all of my questions. She definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend this location. Ask for Reyna!!
