I’ve been coming here for awhile now. I don’t go out of my way much for these, but Carolann deserved this one. She thoroughly explained to me why it’s important for me to wear lotion when I tan, especially on my face. I don’t interact with many people there but she was absolutely amazing. She made sure my bed was extra clean and the place looked great! You have a very hard worker on your hands and I would like to extend a huge thank you to Carolann for making my experience knowledgeable, intuitive and making me feel welcomed as a customer.
This was my home salon for a while, I just moved from the area and so bummed I’ll have to switch locations. I’ve been to several PBT’s and Garland without a doubt, has the friendliest staff! It makes a world of a difference. Keep it up, yall! ♥
I was a member of another studio that got bought out and merged with Palm Beach. I used to keep my lotion there and during the close and transition somehow my lotion and belongings were lost! I don’t tan very often so the bottle was almost full and I wasn’t inclined to just purchase a whole new bottle! The manager on duty was so sweet and connected me with Brad from corporate and he went above and beyond to get me my lotion back and when he couldn’t he was able to accommodate me and give me a credit to get another one!
