Their customer service is phenomenal! I have been coming for the past few months & they never fail to leave me satisfied with my nails. Their attention to detail, prosperity, and ensuring you are happy is amazing. Jimmy is absolutely the best! The rest of the staff are incredibly kind as well, but Jimmy is really the cherry on top. His manicures specifically are what you NEED to come here for. He left my nails NOT bulky, super straight, and the perfect shape. He took me in as his last appointment and was not mean about it at all, and gave me exactly what I asked for. I did wait for him a little under an hour but it's because i was his last slot, although honestly i'd wait a full hour to get my nails done with him!! Hes the best!! Tip him well!
I've been coming here since I moved to Texas 3 years ago. I just moved to Forney and don't mind driving to Garland. I've tried other places but have not gotten the same quality, or service that I get here. They are clean, friendly, profesional. They care about what you want and remember your likes and dislikes. Everyone that has done my nails has done an amazing job. My nails never chip when I get them done here. Every where else that I've been, my nails chip.
