Today was my first visit to this location. About a year ago I got the urge to join a health club with a pool. I got a trial membership and tried both Greenville/Lovers location and the Lake Highlands location. The sales manager at both treated me so badly during my trial membership with them that I opted not to join. The sales manager at the Greenville club is was extremely rude to me The guy working the front desk at the Lake Highlands club couldn’t access my trial membership at 5am, didn’t know how to contact the manager and refused to allow me in. Average gym. Fairly clean and equipment decently kept up, not perfect. Can get crowded.An FYI: a lot of health insurers allow you to get an LA fitness membership through them or a referred 3rd party. It’s cheaper and you don’t have to deal with the club to change or cancel.

This gym overall isn’t bad. The staff is welcoming and they have everything you would need to get a good workout in. Please do not leave valuables in your car. My car got broken in to. It might be uncomfortable but spend time caring around your things or just leave them at home. It’s not worth the trouble.
