Good service today, however, you check in online and then you head up there which is only 5 minutes from my house,If that and then people that walk in get ahead of you, that's not right, My wait time was 25 minutes after checking in online, then when I drove up there ,it was 45 minutes because 2 people got ahead of me. Because they were in the lobby. And I took 7 minutes to get there.

I had my hair cut at Great Clips in the Firewheel mall today. My stylist was Vetta, and she was awesome! A very personable lady who took great care to make sure I got the cut I wanted. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

I had a wonderful experience at Great Clips thanks to my hairstylist, Rosie. She did an incredible job — extremely detailed, patient, and truly attentive throughout the entire haircut. Rosie took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure every part was done perfectly without rushing. It’s clear she really cares about her work and her clients. I walked out feeling very happy and confident with my haircut. Highly recommend asking for Rosie if you visit!
