I'm happy to find Great Clips, my hair dresser TA is very professional and knows how to cut curly hair like mine, she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, I'm very pleased with the service, Great Clips is my place to go get a hair cut from now on. I will recomend Great Clips to family and friends 🤗
Rosie was great!! My last cut was at ulta and I got better service here. Rosie took her time and asked the questions she needed to to do what I wanted. She also recommended products to address concerns that I have about my specific hair type. She did a great job!
Good service today, however, you check in online and then you head up there which is only 5 minutes from my house,If that and then people that walk in get ahead of you, that's not right,
My wait time was 25 minutes after checking in online, then when I drove up there ,it was 45 minutes because 2 people got ahead of me. Because they were in the lobby. And I took 7 minutes to get there.
