I was desperate to find someone quickly to fix my layers after I did a diy I wasn’t completely satisfied with. I like cutting my own hair because I always feel like my hair looks too thin after getting my hair cut professionally. So I took a chance and walked into Great Clips at firewheel and met Jerusalem! She did a PHENOMENAL job with my layers, and blended all of it better than I could have ever expected! I love my new cut and I’m so excited to refer her to everyone I know! I would definitely love to have her cut my hair again and again in the future! Thank you Jerusalem for a great experience! Keep up the great work! :-)

I had to come here to have my hair fixed after the previous salon butchered it. I couldn't have the previous place fix it as there was a major communication barrier. The sweet lady at this salon did the best to give me what I wanted and she did fantastic.

The staff is always friendly. It helps my hectic schedule to be able to "get in line" via the app. The staff keeps track of my haircut preferences and make quick work of the haircut. In and out in 15 minutes with a great haircut. I'm very pleased!
