Dr. Brad and his staff are warm and inviting. Questions were respectfully answered no matter how many times asked. I came away feeling that I had received the best possible treatment from Dr. Brad and his welcoming staff.

This is an edit to my earlier review. I ordered new glasses about a month ago. I finally got a text saying they were in. It's about a 20 minute drive to get there. Shauna, who was a wonderful optician, no longer works there. The gal behind the counter set my new glasses on the counter--and I could tell IMMEDIATELY that the bifocal lens-lines were set way too high. Did the new optician bother to check the lenses when they came in? NO! She should have automatically done that before I was contacted. The glasses had to be sent back. Total waste of my time. There is no excuse for the optician to not check every prescription for accuracy when new lenses come in. I was not and am not happy about this. I repeat--NO excuse for not checking new lenses before contacting the patient.

I walked in and I had an immediately bad vibe. You know that movie trope where there's a record scratch and everything stops, everyone stares at you like you just ruined their day? I do have that effect I guess but this was kinda hostile.
I ignored it and just asked if they offered eye exams. I had already been to 3 optical places that didn't so I was leading off with that question after the first place.
The receptionist just started laughing at me. I'm unsure what was so funny about a simple yes or no question.
Or maybe she was laughing at my daring to walk in there? To imagine I'd receive service from them? Maybe I look like I don't have money or insurance. Mayhaps I'd've done better to get that gud ol' Texas drawl turnt up.
I was told they were fixing to close. Google says they close at 2 pm and this happened at noon. I think she meant the place was closed to me, specifically.
If you know that hostile vibe of which I speak, skip this place 😎👎

Staff were sweet and knowledgeable. The Dr was very quick and very informative. I love the fact we were able to get my son's glasses within 20-30mins!
