Awesome experience! I get very anxious going to the dentist but the Dr was great. Very gentle and kind, super nice. Checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, explained everything very well. Got an appointment fast. Almost no wait time to get called back and for the treatment to be done. Very happy with the results. Glad I decided to call. Front desk was very polite, friendly and helpful.

Wish I had read the reviews before getting a root canal still having pain after one year of getting dental work all of my dental visits were good and I trusted them.

I initially went to a different dentist who did an xray and told me I needed a deep cleaning on the top, basic cleaning on the bottom, and 2 fillings for my back molars. I was told by my sister in law to check Garland Dental out for a 2nd opinion.. I went in, staff was super friendly, and Dr Nguyen told me all I needed was a basic cleaning and that I had almost textbook perfect teeth and gums?? she did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable, and had this motherly comfort about her that put me at ease!!! Definitely recommend her to anyone who gets anxiety at the dentist. I found my new dentist ❤️

I saw the good reviews and called to set up an appointment. The girl I spoke with was rude over the phone she told me to email her my insurance info and so I did after the phone call. And heard nothing back. I called the following day - no answer, I called today - no answer.
I guess is not for me. Thanks for ghosting me. I will look elsewhere.

Never got to meet the Dentist… was referred here & scheduled a Saturday appt with a gentleman over the phone, for my wife & I. I gave him the insurance info from the card over the phone.. even offered to send a copy & mentioned we had just used it at another dentist for an emergency situation but wanted to come here for the Saturday option. He just wanted the co. name, group#, & member id. Which I gave him. We came for the appt & were treated very poorly bcuz she couldn’t verify the dental insurance on a Saturday. So we went to leave & I even came back in to show where the insurance paid on all the services at the other dentist. But she still said they need to verify. I simply mentioned that we weren’t gonna come here anyway bcuz that is bad business.. I just wanted to show her where they paid & how much. Obviously 2 & a half weeks is not enough time for them to have already verified the insurance.
Seems very poorly run & defeating to treat patients this way. So I end up still having a bad tooth & not knowing what I will do now. I also called 2 times during the week to confirm but couldn’t reach anyone. I guess this is just not for us & very odd for someone to operate their business that bad.

I'm very pleased to have found this clinic. Same dentist for the past 10+ yrs. She seems genuinely caring about the patients, conservative in her treatment planning, and very sensitive and considerate about the patients' financial situation. You don't feel like "they're selling." Highly recommend this clinic to all my family and friends.
