would like to thank Edgar, a city employee, for his excellent service. He was very kind, professional, and always willing to help. He took the time to listen to my situation and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. His attitude and dedication truly make a difference in the service the city provides. Thank you very much, Edgar, for your support
Just pulled a electrical permit for a customer that lost service due to the storm. I found the staff at the permitting office to be incredibly kind and helpful under very difficult conditions, and really going beyond the call to help get residents and contractors on their way. Truly a great experience.
