Moncy and his crew were responsive to my outreach and came to our house the next business day to show us our options and measure out the house. We replaced all existing first floor LVP and carpet with higher grade LVP from Moncy. We were very pleased with the outcome, and there were no real hiccups in the process. Very, very good customer service including constant photographic updates. Installation, including new baseboards, took two days, and the whole process from the time I reached out to the time we had new floors was about 10 days. Can’t ask for better than that.
