I love Dr Huy Q Nguyen and Dr Quynh Nguyen and the nurses at the clinicbut their was one receptionist is disrespectful and rude to patients(I don't wanna say her name but most people would know her if I say this)She does not know anything but acts like she knows everything like a nurse and talks down to patients.One time my mom tried to reschedule her appointment for lab check because of workand asked for 1 month refill of her cholesterol medications while waiting for the next appointment,that lady told me mom Dr would not give her refill until she gets her cholesterol lab done.My mom did not have any cholesterol med for like 1 or 2months then after she got her blood...read full review

Good doctors, bad receptionists. I had to cancel and reschedule an appointment, but my receptionist only cared about closing up (over 35 minutes left before closing) and only needed me to say that I couldn’t make it. She didn’t know what rescheduling meant and hung up.—2022:This facility has improved in so many ways including the supporting staff. I’ve updated my review from 2 star to 4 starObviously not completely perfect, but you will have a very peaceful time with the people here

Went there for a few years and they were ok with the basics. But I got really sick in Dec 2019, described symptoms, advocated for myself, etc, but my doc didn’t listen to me, ordered the wrong test, etc, didn’t order even a basic blood test to check for infection. I had to put myself on bed rest for two weeks because I was too weak to stand and he had no idea what was wrong with me and didn’t try too hard to figure it out. I did recover and found a new doctor 18 months later when I had better insurance and through anecdotal evidence, new doc was able to figure out what happened to me.
