Overall, I have had good experiences with Famicare. Dr. Nguyen has been a very professional and caring physician. Yes, there have been a few challenging instances, but overall this is a good place for getting quality care.

I love Dr Huy Q Nguyen and Dr Quynh Nguyen and the nurses at the clinicbut their was one receptionist is disrespectful and rude to patients(I don't wanna say her name but most people would know her if I say this)She does not know anything but acts like she knows everything like a nurse and talks down to patients.One time my mom tried to reschedule her appointment for lab check because of workand asked for 1 month refill of her cholesterol medications while waiting for the next appointment,that lady told me mom Dr would not give her refill until she gets her cholesterol lab done.My mom did not have any cholesterol med for like 1 or 2months then after she got her blood...read full review

Good doctors, bad receptionists. I had to cancel and reschedule an appointment, but my receptionist only cared about closing up (over 35 minutes left before closing) and only needed me to say that I couldn’t make it. She didn’t know what rescheduling meant and hung up.—2022:This facility has improved in so many ways including the supporting staff. I’ve updated my review from 2 star to 4 starObviously not completely perfect, but you will have a very peaceful time with the people here
