I first met Rosa through church, where she had a haircut ministry and would generously cut hair for anyone who couldn’t afford it. That alone says so much about her heart and character. Rosa cuts men’s, women’s, and children’s hair of all ages, and she does an amazing job. Her prices are very reasonable, and she even offers discounts on Tuesdays to help people out. I have known Rose for years. She is a beautiful person and wonderful friend. I love how she cuts my hair and makes it look fuller. Her prices are extremely reasonable. Check her out, you'll be glad you did.
