Dean's HVAC Management & Services

My AC finally gave out after many years of repair and maintenance; I knew I would need a new one. I have previously used three different companies over the last several years that tell me different things with high estimates associated with a whole new HVAC system that was not needed. I reviewed Google and NextDoor extensively for reviews/recommendations. They all kept leading me to Dean's Air Conditioning and Heating!! I am so happy and pleased I went with Dean's!!! Dinh is very knowledgeable, fast and effective, I've contracted Dihn to do two different repairs on my home's AC unit. I feel he always has given me a fair price for his labor and knowledge. He doesn't mind explaining the things he doing which not only lets me learn but I am also certain he's not trying to take advantage of me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC system repairs.

Edited review..Unfortunately I have to change the star rating and review as the follow up and follow through after installing my unit was not a good experience.. I called Mr Dean several times about my service agreement and to come out service my unit and he NEVER returned the calls or text messages. I was forced to get someone else to come look at my unit and provide us with air. I called Dean back months later (from a different phone number) just to see if maybe he would pick up. He did this time and I explained the issues only for him to say oh well since somebody else looked at it last time your service agreement is voided. Like really???
