This is the third time we have used them and always had a great experience except today! Their machine was broken so they started two hours late and when I pointed out a specific place that needed attention due to animal urine…it is still there smelling like pet urine and yellow. Doesn’t look like it was even cleaned. He was gone within a hour which seemed super quick for 5 bedrooms and a living room. I think we got short changed this time unfortunately.

Alex was very professional, upbeat and kind with a strong customer service attitude. He did a great job cleaning the carpets in a former storage room that hasn’t been cleaned in over 15 years, effectively removing stains, grease and oil.
