Don’t use this place, they pretend not to understand English but they do, trust me. One of the dryers was not working properly and I told the attendant, she wanted to pretend like she doesn’t understand English but was able to speak perfectly to another customer. So I explained to her that we’re clothes did not get dry in the dryer. She’s simply wants to say well you put too many clothes in there know it’s a half a load. I put them in there specifically because I wanted to do them last beside the point she wanted to call her boss and the boss is like well. Why didn’t she tell you before that It wasn’t dry well how the hell was I supposed to know your stupid dryer didn’t work there was no sign on it that said it didn’t work so I I wanted my money back or put it in on another dryer so my clothes can get dry no she wants to say oh all we could do is eight minutes that should dry your clothes when they’re still dripping wet. Please don’t go to this place. They need better management and someone who can speak and understand English.

I just moved to Garland and this will be my first time having to use a laundromat because I’ve always had my own washer and dryer at home and I wanna say I’ve been washing my clothes here for 2 or 3 months maybe more but when I first started coming here. Everything was good. The only thing that I really didn’t like was they use a card system to wash and dryer clothes and sometime the card machine doesn’t work. You have to try to find ways to make it work or ask someone for help and sometimes they have really bad attitudes when you ask them for help or letting them know there’s something is wrong just the other day, I told the lady that I bought something from the snack machine and it tasted funny and the item had expired in 2024 she told me what you want me to do about it so I just stayed cool cause I know me I take stuff too far so I left it alone a week ago. I told another lady that I washing my clothes I didn’t see water in my washer. She told me push something and give me a minute with an attitude today I come to wash and dry my clothes. I told the lady I pushed wrong button for the dryer she told me it was nothing that she can do about it. I told her I said ma’am I don’t have any money I said can I talk to your boss? She said no he’s gonna say the same thing that I’m telling you with an attitude. I only wash here because I don’t have many option with everything thats going on in the world now I have been trying to save money before I go get me a new washing dryer and it seemed like I’m going to have to speed up the process of getting me a washer and dryer because I just been having so many issues with this place and I’m not gonna lie my first couple of weeks here was awesome but more than I come here I see too much disrespect and I’m not the type of person that take disrespect. Oh yesss one more thing it’s no point of washing here because almost all the washer and dryer are out of order

This place is a joke. Machine takes your money, and the worker just looks at you and says: “it’s the banks fault machine is not working.” Don’t come here.

My clothes were picked up on Wednesday evening. They were to be delivered back to me on Thursday evening. It is 11:00 Friday and I have heard nothing from them! I've called, I've texted. They charged me $57, but I can't get my clothes back!

On any given day, about a third of the machines are out of order, so you have to make sure it works before you load it and waste your detergent. Also, they either can't or won't run their air conditioning, so go as early as possible in the day, because it's miserably hot in the afternoon.

No AC and most of the card readers are broken. It’s so uncomfortable trying to do anything in there because you start sweating immediately.

The owners should be ashamed of themselves here this is my 5th time coming here and the air has always been broke. Why would you want your staff and employees in this condition? I almost passed out starting my clothes it's so hot in there. I have a picture of the thermostat and it reads 92. Come on now do better

Went here to do some quick laundry and the old hunchback lady attendant was a completely unprofessional host . She was rude didn’t listen and basically told us we were stupid for not knowing how to work the machine . Absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life . She aggressively argued her point instead of just apologizing and helping fix the situation. 100% not coming back. ??

ATM machine NEVER works! I have to go to Walgreens to get cash. Also, the old black lady is very rude. This is my last time coming here.
