The staff is 2nd to none! Everyone from the office staff to the crews in the field were top notch. They are very knowledgeable and showed respect to not only me but also my property. Explained what they saw and recommended remedy’s but didn’t pressure you to make a decision or do something you weren’t comfortable with. The crew even showed attention to detail by replanting a couple of shrubs they had to remove to replace my pipes and even put the stone border back along my landscaping as if they took pictures before they removed them. If that doesn’t show they care I’m not sure what does. Will use and recommend them every day of the week.
These guys are awesome! We woke up to find standing water in our kitchen from a leaky fridge. Called Brooks and they sent Eric out within hours. He promptly identified our problem and made repairs. Good thing the Brooks team was so responsive because our problem was fixed before it tuned catastrophic. And, their pricing was fair. I highly recommend!
Excellent service. Eric was my tech. He took the time to explain everything, walk me through what he was doing, and recommended next steps. He addressed all the issues I brought up. Overall positive experience.
