I called Birdsong out for an electrical issue here on my property within the hour they was here and fixed my electrical issue very quick I didn't even get a chance to grab parts and they were done with the job now that's fast freaking service. I recommend them to all who needs any electrical problems repaired thanks to JON & KYLE.

Gabriel came out at 8pm to fix and replace our main breaker and had us back up and running in less than 2 hours. Very knowledgeable and professional and a huge life saver. Gabriel definitely deserves a raise or promotion!

Jonathan with Birdsong came out and replaced our panel. He was great and efficient. There prices can’t be beat and they don’t oversell you on things you don’t need. Was quoted 2k- 5k more by other companies that were trying to tell me I needed all these other things done to pass inspection per recent code changes, which was all a lie.

This place is horrible my apartments used them. The contractors that came to my apartment used a piece of my laundry to clean there mess and they went into my cabinets and opened my personal paper towel. I called the owner she was extremely rude and didn’t even apologize for the poor service. She had a bad attitude and lack professionalism. Also after her company came to fix my unit every-time I use my microwave there is a spark of fire coming from the plugs. Please do not use this company. The owner do not care about safety and the quality of care and service they provide to customers. I am dealing with damage to my personal items in the result of her company and she do not care! I highly do not recommend!

Jamie and Julian were so professional and responsive. They were able to work together to figure out where pieces of a plug were stuck in wall outlet where I originally had a an electric space heater plugged in. Since there were things like the box to my TV, clock and Amazon Dot this caused a short circuit in the plug where everything was connected to the surge protector.The lights went out in the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. Jamie and Julian worked together and extracted the burned ends of the plug from the wall socket. They simultaneously made sure by flipping the switches the Main Wall Switch in the bedroom closet and everything came back in the room areas mentioned.Everything that Jamie and Julian performed was done with perfection and expertise.Thank you for the recommendation ofBirdsong Electric Inc by Jose, Maintenance Director here at Estancia Estates Estates where I live right off Ferguson Rd and Graycliff Dr here in Northeast Dallas.Ms. E.
