I just bought my first RV Travel Trailer and was basically clueless about all the systems. STEVE with TEK RV came out and did a thorough walk around / walk thru explaining how everything works & how to do routine maintenance. Very knowledgeable & experienced service. I was purchasing a first ever motor home from an individual, not a dealership. I contracted with Steve Hurwitz to do a full inspection prior to my finalizing the purchase. He did a thorough job and submitted the full inspection report very quickly. The report identified areas where life/safety changes needed to be made, and noted areas that were working perfectly as well as areas that might be of concern. It was a thorough and complete report and aided me in making my purchasing decision. But Steve didn't stop there with me. If I were to have purchased my RV from a dealership, the purchase would include an educational walkthrough to show me how things work. But I didn't buy from a dealership. However, Steve offers this same service for a very reasonable fee. He spent hours teaching me to do basic things, like connect to shore power, city water and sewer. He showed me where my tanks were, explained how to maintain them and how to clean them. He showed me how to dump and flush the black tank. All things that are necessary but I had no prior experience with. And he taught me so much more. I had many questions, and he answered every one of them. My opinion, he did a fabulous job for me and I would recommend him to anyone who asked. He's really a talented RV Technician.
