This was one of my worst hair service experiences ever. And I hate giving a business a chance even after reading the negative online comments and reviews about them. And then to find accuracy in those reviews is the worse. But this business was a referral. And from what I read online it appears to be a franchise. So I figured it couldn’t be that bad. The place was hard to locate. Which happens. But there was no visible signage anywhere. You enter the building and then go upstairs to the door on the left. Still no signage. Just totally creepy! I walk in and the lady is just sitting in her styling chair, barely a hello. Nothing about this place had a professional look....read full review

Had an appointment for 3:45 she didn’t get there until after 4. Her attitude was very rude !! Wanting small shoulder length knotless she wanted to charge me $220 plus pay for the hair. Don’t waste your time go 15min away to Texas city and go to Fanta. Great customer service and affordable prices.
