Carl was always available and present on-site all throughout this process simplifying it from a customer standpoint. The level of care and attention Carl and his Team paid to this job was second to none. Every detail met his own standards (which are excellent) and concern I had was heard and resolved immediately. The work done in my house was a true display of Carl's years of experience. We had at least 3 layers of different floors with varying heights covered up by the previous homeowners through the years which I thought would pose as a challenge, but Carl and his crew thought otherwise.
