The gainesville great clips does not seem to honor on line check-ins. I've never seen so disappointed in a business. They put walkins ahead of me(because they were in the shop before me) even after I showed them on their app I was supposed to be next.

A big shout out to Tonya who cut my hair at Great Clips in Gainesville, Texas! What a cut! I've gotten so many compliments from people I don't even know. I am now tempted to go a little shorter next time because I trust her knowledge and keen eye to detail! Tonya, you are my new go-to person for a hair cut!
