I had excellent customer service when my car needed to be towed and repaired! Driver got there in a timely manner and the repair was done a couple days after parts were received. Thank you Reece, Bobby, and Stan!!
We were out of town when we had a blow out on the highway in construction and had to drive a mile on it, called Gilbert’s and they were quick! JC was amazing! So kind and considerate, my mother in law is disabled and he helped her get into and out of the wrecker when we were towed to the only open tire shop on a Sunday! His wife was also so sweet!
