I had a great experience at this Valvoline location. I was visiting Houston from out of town when I first came in, and I was particularly impressed by Joshua. I was so impressed with his friendly and professional service that I returned to the same location a month later—and he did not disappoint. He remembered me, was knowledgeable, and once again provided excellent service. I really appreciated the way he treated me and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. The next time I’m in Houston, I’ll definitely return to this location. Joshua is a great representative of Valvoline!
Pretty exceptional service. I was the only one there, so everyone was super attentive and helpful. Great price on transmission changes too, and coupons are really easy to find online. Shoutout to the whole crew, Bryce, Caleb, Josh, Ace, and Lynn.

The technicians displayed an admirable combination of technical competence, professional courtesy, and impressive efficiency. After inspecting the vehicle, they recommended an air-filter replacement—not as an obligatory sales pitch, but with a clear explanation of why it was advisable.
What particularly impressed me was their willingness to take the time to explain what they were doing despite the rapidity of the service. Speed without sacrificing substance is a rare virtue in automotive service.
