Lauren in the Design Center, Dennis Nichols our Construction Manager, and Alyssa Walsh our Customer Care Manager for Warranty Items truly care about you both professionally and personally. They strive to create your “Dream Home”! Pulte believes in service after the Sale and Closing. Alyssa is always very responsive regarding any concerns and repairs. Just like Dennis during the building process, she strives to address any issues or repairs to your satisfaction.

I love my home here in Del Webb. There is so much to do. It is a very active community. The homes are built well and the landscaping is beautiful. We have already recommended Del Webb to friends.
From the beginning of our exploring a possible move to DelWebb Fulshear we have been impressed with the people we dealt with. Steve Brophy and the Design team were very helpful as we explored our options as we designed our new home. Dennis Nichols, our Construction Manager, and Alyssa Walsh, our current Customer Care Manager, were outstanding. They communicated clearly and in a timely fashion throughout the construction phase and the 1-year warranty phase.
