I have been a member of icryo since January and it not only saved me from being on pain pills for months but I have really enjoyed spending time there and taking in all the different services. I use the full body cryotherapy for immunity and overall health, the red light therapy bed to help treat inflammation as well as overall wellness, the compression therapy to help with swelling when in physical therapy and one of my favorites is the local cyrotherapy that is my go to any time there is a injury, bad bug bite or aches and pains! 15 minutes with an ice pack multiple times a day or 8 minutes of local cryo that goes much deeper and can help speed up recovery faster? The staff has been wonderful and has been so encouraging to my family as they wanted to try full body cryotherapy and loved it as much as I have! Multiple injuries to my ankle left me in pain for over 30 years. Eventually I had knee pain also. Doctors couldn't do anything about it. With red light and cryo I have no pain. I've become a regular to stay that way. I've also done the immunity IV twice now. It makes a huge difference, reducing recovery time from an illness.
