They were amazing, until they weren't. As soon as I was notified they would no longer accept BCBS... I became a burden to Dr Ivan Chew. Imagine the burden I felt knowing I wouldn't be able to continue my procedures i still desperately need. He wouldn't even give me a different referral. The nurses are hit and miss at the hospital

My husband had a spine fusion that required going thru his stomach and his back, and I really want to give a shout out to the OT lady by the name of Bridgette that worked with my husband was so compassionate and helpful.. Thank you girl! You're a golden asset to UT Frisco!
