Scott, I just got the estimate to fix the site you have been working on for months now. The database is incomplete - $1700 to fix. The functionality can't even be tested until the database is right. I have paid you $640 and $500 to migrate the site and customize a template. I am requesting a full refund because I have not received what was ordered, and I have to pay someone to fix it. The databases were not upgraded correctly. I have given you months to complete this job, and I am still testing and pointing out errors that need fixing, not small errors, errors that are the heart of this site to function.
