We enjoyed the sales process in getting shutters for our home. In all we purchased 16 shutters. The shutter quality and performance has been good so far. The install team was great to work with. Lead time was long, though. In our case 12 weeks. I'm giving 4 stars due to a couple of issues on the order that TSAB eventually made right. On install, we found that one window had been completely missed on the build order even though it was on the DocuSign invoice and was paid for. TSAB pushed through the missing shutter a week later and came back out to install, so two visits were needed for full install. It was a pleasure working with Texas Shutters and Blinds. They sent me a quote quickly when I originally sent some measurements I did myself. The team was easy to communicate with and also delivered the best quote among those who responded to my request. When the owner Tom came for an in home consultation, he measured the windows quickly, got right to the point, and was in and out. I always dread getting quotes for the endless small talk and high pressure sales, but this was the opposite of that. Working with Texas Shutters and Blinds was a pleasurable experience. Once I approved the estimate my order was placed and delivery and installation occurred within 3 weeks. I ordered custom shutters and shades that let up and down via remote. I am very happy with both products! I definitely recommend Texas Shutters and Blinds!
