I have had a great experience with the Ayurvedic therapies and consulting with Rituji. The Shirodhara procedure feels nourishing and relaxing. I also recommend the consultation to get a wholistic treatment that Rituji recommends out of her years of Ayurveda practice. The facility is clean and well maintained and appointments are on time.

Ritu was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain how Ayurvedic principles would be applied to address my specific needs.
I received Abhyanga with steam and it was unlike any other wellness treatment I’ve tried. The rhythmic movements, I could feel tension leaving my body with each passing minute. She was able to pin point my pain spots and clear them out.
After the session, I felt lighter, more centered, and surprisingly energized. She also offered post-treatment advice and routines to help maintain the benefits of the session.
