I’ve worked with Lina a few times. She is class act when it comes to customer service. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. This location has made needing glasses less stressful.
We had a great experience both my wife & I, once we entered,Associate Lina Tapping greeted us with a pleasant attitude and warm welcome. She ensured that our paper work was properly filled out especially considering that we were visiting particularly to have this exam done and our prescriptions updated Before returning to our home in the Bahamas. During this time, Lina did an excellent job preparing us for the exam ensuring our eye shots were perfectly taken! I visited as a walk-in with questions about a free eye exam. Despite the short wait, the associates, especially Lina, made sure that I had a quality visit and personally performed my examination when the telehealth providers were running slow. Lina was absolutely amazing as she helped me select the perfect frame and color for my glasses by patiently taking the time to guide me around the store and give me recommendations. I've never worn glasses before so I was very lost, and she kindly took the time to explain my results and help me find the best option for me.
