What an amazing experience! I’ve been to several dentists but at Smile Lounge from the office manager Christina to the doctors Dr. Song and Dr. Cho top tier service and care! Their office is what you see in editorial magazines with all new equipment and technology while keeping you calm and relaxed with their top screen tv, headset listening with your own controller to change channels and adjust volume and so much more! I can’t go on and list everything that impressed me the list would not stop. I’m very kin to notice dirt and dust in places people don’t normally look but this office was spotless with a modern industrial edge. I had a cleaning done and normally I’m very uncomfortable due to my teeth sensitivity but Dr. Song was very gentle and my teeth feel so clean! He explained my teeth condition and addressed the crowns that I just had done a year ago by another dentist. To simplify the dental terms crowns were done poorly by the lab. I was shocked my pervious dentist did not address the crowns just so they didn’t have to pay to get the lab to fix their mistake! Thank you Smile Lounge I’m so glad I found your office!
Dr.Song and his amazing staff are simply amazing this is my 3rd time seeing him. He’s so detailed on his work and want to make sure I’m pleased! Yesterday was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake! How sweet is that? The office is beautiful facility with state of the art equipment, they have the most caring staff, and not to mention the most handsome Dr.’s in Frisco! Mrs. Christina is amazing with a beautiful smile on her face every time I come, she on top of everything! I’m blown away by the care and customer service of Smiles Lounge Frisco offers.
