We use the most advanced fitness technology available to shape and sculpt your body. We offer one on one workouts with an instructor and non surgical body sculpting / fat reduction. We use new EMS equipment that allows you to get a 20 minute workout that is equivalent to two hours in the gym. Our equipment is FDA certified and our trainers are certified with no less than 5 years experience. We are a boutique style facility so we are appointment based only.
