Always an excellent experience. Wendy, the hygienist and Dr. Patel, the dentist, are extremely gentle. I drive from East Plano to this dentist so that alone should say something about this office. The entire staff including the ladies at the front desk are always friendly and professional.

Dr. Patel is amazing. The staff is helpful, quick, and kind. I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned. And if there's any additional dental work needed, it's always communicated before the procedure is actually done. They answer all my questions. You can tell they all work as a team! So thankful to have Dr. Patel in my neighborhood ?

I would have given them 5 stars but the representative in the billing department never returned my calls. She never responded to my calls. The front desk staff were friendly and treated me with great respect. However, I can't say that about the lady that works in the billing department. I'm a Veteran patient and sending my detailed history for referrals may require more time to complete. The billing Rep. did not seem to care and did not have the courtesy to return my calls. Simply a call or email with an update would have been sufficient.
