Walked into this store today and I could not have had a better experience. Walking in trying to find something for my older cat to help her get up to places that are more difficult now. Kylie made sure to welcome me and help me find everything I was looking for and then some. Great knowledge and understanding that helped me more than any store ever has. This store definitely has a permanent customer with me.

Best experience in this store to date! Dalton was absolutely wonderful! He was the only person working but handled multiple requests and different patrons with professionalism, organization, and calmness given how busy the store was! He was also very friendly and went the extra mile to be helpful. 10 STARS!

We went to this place for the first time, the Pet Supermarket, because it is so close to our house, and we wanted to try it out.EXCELLENT customer service! We have been to the store twice, and each time, greeted with a smile, and an associate asks how they can help. The associate we dealt with was kind and knowledgeable. They helped us pick food, appropriate treats for a puppy, and toys; I Highly recommend this store. I like shopping here because there is always someone to help you and I don't have to search for someone to ask a question.
