Unorganized and lack of respect of people's time. Set an appointment 9/23 for 430 on 10/14. A time SHE offered to ME. As I am 5 min away from my appointment she texts saying she is at a chiropractor appointment and will be late. My 1st appointment and one booked weeks in advance. Why would she schedule a dr appointment so close to my apartment time? So now I have wasted gas driving to her, she wasted my time and I have to try and get nails somewhere last minute. Very disappointing. When I tell her good luck with her business but I can no longer give her mine she has the nerve to say thats best as she doesnt work with clients who are not understanding? Understanding? I understand you cant keep a schedule and waste a new clients time and gas. That is what I understand. I suggest yall move on and find someone else who you can depend on. That is what I am doing. Saving you guys the hassle.

Nici is extremely talented, not only in creating the nails (she can do any type) but also in her artwork. I have been going to her for several years and have not been disappointed.
