I recently damaged the back of my iPhone 16 Pro and it fell on concrete & it was so bad that I did cut my finger due to glass. I went the next day to get this fixed (Saturday) Chris was very knowledgeable & was able to fix my broken glass on the back of my phone.
I dropped it off at 11:30am and they had it ready that same day by 2pm.
It was so fast and they did ask if I wanted to purchase a cleaning on my phone which was only $30 which is not bad.
So I did that too and my phone even works better!

Jesse was great to work with! He answered all my questions in detail and was able to help me get in and out pretty quickly! I will be coming back if i have any issues and definitely recommend other people using hik for phone issues.
