All around a great company. Tanner provided pictures and a detailed list of the type of repairs they would perform to fix the problems that I was having with my roof. The repairs were done quickly, and the crew did a good job cleaning up. Tanner was also good at communicating when to expect the work to be done, and if there was any issues with the timing, he corrected it.
Recently was offered a roof inspection by Invictus ,Garrett Neuer did a very thorough inspection,took lots of pictures,marked places
on roof and walked me thru the process and helped me with claim.Roof was 22 years old so was in need of replacement,crew came and in 1 1/2 days completed project under very hot weather conditions . Garrett kept me informed leading up to and multiple times during the project,crew did great cleanup job !
Garrett came to my house to check out my roof. He was really great at working with the insurance company, keeping in contact with me and answering a number of questions that I had. He was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. I had 100% confidence in him and his company - my roof looks GREAT!!
