Lucky was genuine and kind on top of being knowledgeable and skilled. She was gentle and very attentive to detail. I didn't have inflammation or painful skin after services like I have had in the past. The environment was so bright and clean, which I appreciate tremendously. Lucky asked questions and took time to get to know me; I felt like I was with a friend I've known for years! Best threading experience ever! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
